Open Hockey
Arena Open Hockey Rules
- Be respectful of others on the ice.
- Watch out for the little people. (If you are a 2nd grader a 1st grader is a little person to you)
- Include others in your games.
- Teach the little kids how to skate better and be better players. Make new friends.
- No hard slap shots.
- Don’t raise the puck.
- No food or drink on the ice.
- No puck play in the locker rooms.
- Helmets are required for all school age skaters.
- Helmets are recommended for all. Set the example. It’s your teeth & eyes.
- Pay the attendant.
- Follow the directions of Arena Staff.
Lower Level Hockey
- IS FOR THE KIDS (ages 13 and below)
- Parents of kids may skate with their child if child is 10 or younger.
- H.S. age kids or college age kids may skate if they are helping with the younger kids.
Upper Level Open Hockey
- Is for kids 12 and above, if they can play safely with the better skaters.
